At Projecte Home we always support persons and in them we recognize the greatest value of the organization: the persons we help, the volunteers and the professionals are our reasons for being who we are.
Our organization is in a permanent process of change, in order to be able to adapt to persons in need of help. We have an employment organization from which we draw candidates for the recruitment of staff needed in our centres.
Our staff undergo on-going training, specific for the drugdependence area, and they develop their career in one of the most prestigious organizations in this field.
